What does your current role entail?

My current role involves being out on the road, regularly meeting with retailers and finding ways to keep them engaged with The National Lottery. I take every possible opportunity to make a change. I have found out over the years that the way you gain trust from clients, is by building rapport and making sure you are doing everything in your power to help them.

What skills help you succeed in this role?

A natural ability to build relationships and get people on side really helps. I can set clear actions with retailers and still have a fantastic relationship with them, a win-win!

What’s the most exciting thing about working at Camelot?

I think the most exciting thing about working for Camelot is that we don't stand still. Whether it’s a new game enhancement or a new scratchcard launching, there is always a little buzz knowing the business is forever changing in positive ways.

What makes your proud to work for Camelot?

I am proud to work for Camelot for numerous reasons but mostly I love what the company stands for. I am extremely honoured to be part of a team that raises so much money for Good Causes. It's a great feeling knowing that lives are changed on a daily basis because of what we do.

If you didn’t work at Camelot, what would be your dream job?

I had the obvious boyhood dream of playing for my dream football team (Crystal Palace, don’t laugh!). Since that didn't work out, my second choice would probably be to join the Police.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy a game of golf at the weekend. Also, socialising with friends and planning where the next city break is going to be.
