Using this report

This report describes how we manage our social and environmental responsibilities, and how we performed in each of our priority areas. It is about how we have managed our relationships with players, retailers, employees and other people with a stake in our business during 2004/05.



There are two ways to use the report:

The full Social Report is only available on the internet. You can get a separate printed summary by emailing socialreport@camelotgroup.co.uk or you can download it from this website. The full report can also be downloaded in its entirety or by section.

Camelot has produced a Social Report every year since 1999 and every report has either won or been shortlisted for the awards made by the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA). Copies of previous reports are available at Downloads or by emailing socialreport@camelotgroup.co.uk

The report covers the operations of Camelot Group plc for the period 1 April 2004 to 31 March 2005, unless otherwise stated. The report and the processes by which it is compiled have been independently verified by Reassurance Network, working to the AA1000 Assurance Standard.

The report has also been produced in accordance with 2002 Guidelines from the Global Reporting Initiative See GRI index.
