Our Responsibilities Who we are

Camelot UK Lotteries is a limited company, wholly owned by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Our full board comprises a chair, independent non-executive directors and an executive director, as well as a non-executive representative from our shareholder.

In August 2010, Camelot Group Plc changed ownership and changed in status to a private limited company in July 2010.

Our new structure
In April 2011, we restructured into a series of specialist subsidiary companies designed to harness the skills, expertise and reputation we have developed as a leading lottery operator for the global market.

Camelot UK Lotteries Limited: the regulated company that operates the core UK National Lottery business
Camelot Global Services Limited: provides consultancy and private management services to lotteries worldwide
Camelot Commercial Services Limited: develops innovative commercial services like mobile phone top-ups and bill payments
Camelot Strategic Solutions Limited: develops and delivers programmes and project-management support for the group of companies
Camelot Business Solutions Limited: provides group-wide corporate support services such as public relations, finance, procurement, legal, propriety, facilities management, and HR.
