In this section you can read the commitments we made for 2007/08, our progress against those commitments and our targets for 2008/09.

To give a comprehensive picture of our commitment to Corporate Responsibility we measure and report on our performance year on year. The targets we set ourselves for the year ahead, our Next Steps, are informed by our stakeholder engagement processes and by business priorities. We carry forward any next steps which we have not achieved in the previous year in order to continue to drive improvement. These next steps and the key performance indicators have been signed off by the Corporate Responsibility Board and Advisory Panel for Corporate Responsibility as part of our reporting process.
