Performance overview
We aim to improve our performance across all our corporate responsibility activities continuously. Each year we report on how far we have gone in meeting our published commitments - 'Next Steps' - for the period, and we publish the Next Steps we hope to achieve in the year ahead. We also publish the indicators we use to measure our performance to give you a real understanding of the improvements we are making.

We made good progress last year. Of the 30 commitments we made for 2006/07, all but two were achieved or partly achieved.
