Retailers
We are working with more than 26,000 retailers to improve lottery products and the services we offer, while making sure we meet our commitment to work with a fair balance of large stores such as supermarkets and smaller convenience stores that reflects the general retail market.
Suppliers
Camelot's aim is to raise money for Good Causes in a socially responsible way over a set licence period. The relationships we have with suppliers need to be strong and trusted to help us fulfil this role. Above all we aim to treat them fairly. We talk with them regularly and look for ways to make our relationships work better. We also believe we have a role to play in helping our business partners operate responsibly and manage their own impact on the environment.
Shareholders
Our five shareholders are all represented on the Camelot Board and one of them also supplies us with specialist services to help us run the lottery more efficiently. We want to make it easier for all of them to support us in running our business efficiently and in a responsible way.
95%
of retailers say they are satisfied with Camelot's approach to the relationship.
