Camelot’s Board of Directors is made up of three executive directors who are responsible for the management of the company and four independent non-executive directors, including the Chairman. None of the independent non-executive directors hold any other post, or have any other business or other relationship, which could interfere with the exercise of their independent judgement.
In addition, each of the five shareholders in Camelot has the right to nominate a non-executive director to represent it on the board. Each shareholder representative in turn may nominate an alternate non-executive director.
